Guess what? The meteorologist never fails to disappoint. Last night he promised 2 inches of beautiful snow on the valley floor. While it did snow...I doubt we got more than half-an-inch. :(
Yup that's all I've got to say at the moment.....
Oh, except that I'm taking a Criminology course this term...and while I wasn't really looking forward to it-I took it because it fulfilled a requirement, and it fit into my schedule-I have to say, I'm really liking it so far. The teacher is pretty awesome, and the book doesn't put me to sleep! Exciting, yes? Ok, now I'm really done.

*sigh*
I am soooooo ready for this weather to be over. The last couple of days were actually relatively warm, and today when I woke up, I cannot even describe that yucky feeling you get when you look outside and you see a gray, dreary day before you. I don't think it has actually stopped raining today.
I wish that warmth would come back. In fact, I am very ready for Spring to be here. I can't wait to break out those flip-flops again!

Ever realize that life sometimes gets so out of control-that there are just SO many things going on that you don't really take the time to enjoy God's gift of nature's beautiful scenery?
Yesterday, as I was waiting for it to be time for class to begin, I was just sitting in my car, and realized just how beautiful Autumn is. All of the different colors, vibrant as ever. As I sat there, I wished I had my camera, but at the same time knowing a camera could never capture the true beauty of the moment. It wouldn't do it justice.
I don't know about everyone else, but I know that too often I get caught up in life and all of the things I have to do such as work, school, and all of the homework that goes along with it, add in other stuff, and I have virtually no free time to just be.
Sometimes you just have to step back and take a deep breath of crisp Autumn air and relax.
On a completely other note, recently a person has popped back into my life and it has completely thrown me for a loop. Not all of you know what I'm talking about, but I have to admit that it freaks me out. The first time I saw her, I practically had an anxiety attack. I won't go into much depth, just that I'd really appreciate prayer.

Soo...I know it's been awhile since my last post, and I apologize profusely. Thanks Melina for the comment...I had something to blog about and then forgot to actually put it up!
So I don't know if any of you care, but my dad has this slight addiction, or obsession. He likes to buy complicated electronics that he doesn't know how to set up. He recently bought a DVI player...but it's just sitting on the shelf not attached to anything because it comes with 15 pages of instructions that he doesn't want to look through. Any thoughts?
In other news, did you know its HOT in Medford? Now I know that everyone is experiencing hotter than usual temperatures on the West coast. On Monday it was 99 in Brookings! However its been between 105 and 110 everyday for almost TWO weeks now! On Wednesday around noon it was about 95 and it felt soooo nice out! I never would have guessed it was that warm out!
